how do you get rid of mites

darcy Feb 22, 2004 05:04 PM

I just jot a yearling boa (approx 3')and I noticed that it had a few mites on it.
I have never had to deal with mites before and could use a bit of help.
What can anyone recommend?Dosage?lenght of time?etc.
Any help would be great.

but you have to be carefull not to over do it,,something like a sweater box, with the animal in there with a best strip, cut the pest strip about 2 inch square ,then but it in a perfarated box or jar,,there is a test you can do but a couple crikets in there with them and if the crickets die within a couple hours ,the mites should be dead too, just do this again a few 5( days later,,
