I found this snake a few years ago, at the time her back was broken and her right side was flayed open. she had what looked to be talon marks along the length of her body. I did not believe that she would survive the trip home and collected the snake as a locality specimen, however she was still alert after driving home from the desert, so I stitched her up and cleansed her wounds with beta-dyne solution the best way I knew how. It is going on three years now and she seems like a happy snake!
