surinam horned frogs

Anyone know how much these cost?Any different housing requirements from a pacman frog?

Around 50 is fairly common. They are not easy to keep. Most die fairly quick after being bought as most are WC. Even CB ones aren't exactly great pets. Unless you have been keeping horned frogs for years, you shouldn't even attempt it, IMO.

Hmm wonder why captive bred ones wouldn't eat.......

I didn't say one word about feeding. They are just a more demanding species. They do not fair as well in captivity. Most WC's refuse to feed on anything but other frogs. Most cb's will eat as far as I have heard, but they are just a harder species to keep. Just like with different species of dart frogs. Some are more of a beginner species. They are more flexible in their requirements. Some require expert care. Cornuta fall under this category. Mine never ate well and succumbed to stress-induced toxicity after mandatory force feeding for a sustained period of time.
