OK I got a pacman in the middle of Sept.The first two months I had him he grew an inch.Then he slowed down eating and stopped growing.He still remains at 2 inches.Hes a male any idea if he will keep growing or is he just a small frog?

He will probably start growing. I have never heard of a Horned Frogs that has stopped, just like that. And by the way, how can you be so sure he is a male?

He had nupital pads or what I thought looked like them on his forearms.
