Tanita EC-960-PW Monitors UV-A AND UV-B Ultraviolet Rays
I ordered one of these to see what it did....... it did about zilch, it did give us UVA readings. In almost everything we checked for UVB, including the Florida sun @ 3:00 pm we got 0.00 reading, so I do beleive this monitor does NOT work to measure UVB at all and I would not trust the UVA readings
We checked for UVB at 12 inches(except Sun)

Final Assessment:
This product does not work as advertized. There is always the option that the unit was defective, but when we held it directly under the lights we got UVA's of 120 and UVB of 0.03 so that tends to make me think it is working registering something, but not what we need it to check or accurately.
Previously checking them with a higher end UVA/UVB meter we got readings consistant with the manufactors statements. At that time Big Apple UV bulbs also were checked with readings comparable to the Active UVheat ones
