I would question their bulbs only for one reason, and that being the fluorescent tube that same company makes is called Sunseeker 8.0 and absolutely gives off next to no UVB that they claim it does (test is on www.beautifuldragons.com). Usually companies that put out junky bulbs continue to. Zoomed puts out two descent bulbs that have been tested numerous times through the years, and have always tested pretty high in giving off UVB in both style bulbs the Mercury Vapor & fluorescent style. Also if your going to use mercury vapor bulbs pick a company that has a warranty if it should blow, and Zoomed has the best. Replacing bulbs up to one year. If the bulb blows before that year send it back to Zoomed with the original receipt, and they will send you a new bulb with a warranty covering the remainder of that year. Most other companies use a prorated warranty where you'll be paying something for the months the original bulb did work for. WWW.reptiledirect.com has the best prices on zoomed bulbs that I have found so far, and now have a sale on Trex uvheat MVB as well, wich is a good mercury vapor too.
