Stick Bugs or Praying Mantus w/ chams

deluxbulli Jun 09, 2003 05:32 PM

Has anyone kept any larger stick bugs or praying mantuses with there chameleons without any problems. i.e. cham eating them or them eating cham. Just curious about it i know they have exotic stick bugs that get bigger then a cham could eat.

well chams will eat the praaying mantids ...

they willl try to eat the stick bugs but they are just like trying to eat a stick its self...

but the stick insects eat bramble so they would npt harm the chameleon.

I wouldn't put the two together just becuase you would have to add bramble every few days or youd need to try to hand feed the mantids.

just get a 20 gallon tall aquarium and house the bugs in it.
