You can try giving her a luke warm shower. But if you are misting her 5 times a day, and providing her with a dripper, can you be certain she is dehydrated? I only ask because it seems that she is getting enough water. Her symtoms could be masking something else, and a lukewarm shower might just induce more stress on her.

Can you describe her condition, and why you think it might be dehydration?

What is your air humidity level? If it is very dry the cham may be losing more moisture through respiration in between sprayings, and the spray may dry and evaporate faster from leaves than it can drink. It may be a losing battle, so you may need to add more live plants to the cage and/or run a room humidifier in addition to all the spraying you are doing. Waterfalls and drippers DO NOT add much if any humidity to the cage air.

It could be anything. Oversupplementation could have damaged the kidneys. The waterfall could have caused an infection. You didn't say for how long you mist. Some chams need to be misted with hot water in the sprayer for 5-10 minutes before they even start drinking. Do you actually see her drink? It could be that she egg-bound.

If you do shower her, bounced the water off the wall (while she's sitting on a plant) so that she only gets the fine mist. Do NOT put the shower directly on her.

Bottom line: you need a vet and you need one ASAP. Do not delay. This animal needs a proper diagnosis and treatment, not an internet guessing game.
