difference between pardalis and babcocki

what's the best way to tell the difference??

Juvenila: 2 seperated dots on the first vertebral = pardalis
1 dot or none at all = babocki

thx for the advise but how do they distinguish in adult size?

Can be difficult for the beginner, pardalis is normally less domed (longer thant high, while babcocki is nearly as high as long), the carapace is more difuse motteled. Ground color is often rather brownish, but not always. There are some natural intermediates as well....
