anything below 80 in my house in Houston will be very hard....is this going to be a problem??? Can you candle them and see vains if the eggs are good like you can do with snake eggs??? How long until you can see the red vains??? Thanks Chris

I personally would not incubate at 80F for long periods of time. You increase your chances of deformities and other problems. Not to mention any spike in temp and you can loose the eggs since you are so high already and have no buffer for protection. Do you have an air-conditioned room in your house? Buy a cheap incubator, place it in that room, and set it between 72-78F. As far as candling, sure. Around 8 days or so you should clearly see a pink glow and a vein here and there. Best of Luck.
