Introduction

I'm sorry...I should have at least introduced myself...

I'm from the Detroit area. I'm almost 50...well, ok, I just turned 50. I am the eidtor/publisher and part owner of a leading motorcycle magazine as well as a Thai linguist; my degree is in linguistics. I can read, write and speak Thai fluently-- it's English I have trouble with! I was in the Marines during Nam and then lived in Thailand as a teacher, so I lived where the king is truly king. So as you can see, I am the least qualified on this board to do anything but ask; so ask I will. I currently have: two green tree vipers, two gold eye lash vipers and an albino monocle. I've had herps for several years and have been trying to read the body language of each one, slowly bonding with them behind a security system that would rival Fort Knox. When I read posts by MrsTT and others, I'm in awe of their knowledge and experience. I've been reading the Venomdoc site as well, and rate that as possibly the best site I have ever been to in terms of focus and professional talent. (Not to discedit this one in anyway.)

So anyway, that's who I am and I hope you don't mind my dumb questions, because I have a million of them...

Welcome to the forum and remember that the only dumb question is a question not asked....... Oh and any question that contains the word "venomoid" in it......LOL

First of all, welcome. Secondly, while I have no idea when/if I'll ever get to Thailand, is there an area of the country that's more of a king hotspot than anywhere else? Thanks.
Sincerely,
Bill Huseth
