Look what we found going out for the mail. A little hawk eating a dove. Kind of surprising since we live in a pretty busy neighborhood in Southern California. Hope you enjoy the pic.

nice. that is a pretty cool surprise. i saw a hawk swoop down on a group of doves in a field once. it didnt get one but it was a pretty cool sight. thanks for posting that.

I saw that once...but it got a mocking bird. The mocking bird was taunting it following it around and it did some kind of swoop around dive thingy and had the mocking bird on the ground plucking feathers. I saw the whole thing....man it was awesome to see....
