Thor has a crusty nose

hey All....My Nigerian Uro has been getting a white crusty build up around his nostrils. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before and what it might be? Otherwise he is fine. He eats good, lots of energy, poops good...the only other problem is that he is a grump but I think thats a personality issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

That's completely normal; uros eliminate excess salt from their bodies by "sneezing" it out, where it often builds up in a white crust...it's especially noticeable in the mornings; normal daytime activity seems to knock it off...Anyway, it's nothing to worry about...
