adult BP rack question, what do you think of this tub?

ross2k Jun 09, 2003 07:53 PM

Sorry for the sloppy link, but if this doesn't work its under storage and shelving, food storage boxes, food storage boxes Camwear, then I'm considering the one that is 18" x 26" x 6".

http://us.cambro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Main2View?ident=953&langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10001

Would that be appropriatly sized for an adult BP you think? What sizes do you guys use? 6 for 44 dollars is just a little over 7 dollars each, and for clear plastic tubs I think that'd be pretty nice.

Can anyone provide any input about these or the sizes?

hey
I use 18x33x6 tubs. Cost about14$canada(i know...pricey but i wanted these). I have mine going in depth wise so i only see the 18inch part. I thik these tubs are great and do the job perfectly, i personaly would go a little bigger then what you posted

I wouldn't mind spending more and getting longer ones. But I can't seem to find where people are buying them. I went to target, walmart and k mart. All of these places had the standard 12 x 18 x 6 but the only larger ones either had weird lids that would have left gaps in a rack, or weren't clear.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd like to order them online, and get clear ones like from cambro.

We house all our yrlings in 28qt rubbermaids tubs then upgrade them into a sterlite tub that measures 17x34x6(which is pretty much the same dimensions as freedom breeders tubs).. we house all our breeder males and smaller breeder girls in these.. anything over 2000g we have a larger tub that i found that rubbermaid has that measures 44" long and has small wheels.. we had great success w/ this big tub this yr as we have several femals over 2400g upto our monster girl that was 3300g b4 she bred this season.. hope this helps,
