Hi,
Does anyone have a preference on the best gecko? I have a standard ten gallon aquarium that is already set up for a tropical rain forest specie.
Thanks for the help,

Id get a rose tarantula or a emperor scorpion... but for gecko i would forsure say african fat tails.. Check them out
I would say AFTs but not in a rainforest cage. They need a savanna style cage.

A single Coleonyx mitratus would do all right in a 10 gallon, although it's not exactly a rain forest species. About 50% relative humidity is adequate, so you would want to mist once a day. Don't let the substrate get saturated. Be sure to give him stuff to climb on, despite their lack of lamellae mine seem to think they can walk up anything!
