My female ball python went through her prelay shed exactly 20 days ago and now she has been laying inverted in her cage. How many days until she should drop.

I've got limited experience for sure, but I have hatched several BP and carpet clutches, and most have been about 30 days or just a bit under. I've never had one go so quickly after the pre lay shed. This is an interesting topic. I'd love to see some serious data from lots of folks. I'm sure it has to do with temps, but it would be interesting to see losts of data.

I said it has been 20 days since her prelay shed how many more days until she should lay estimated and he said 10 i am going with 4-5 as that sounds like about how many days my female went before dropping last year, also i can see the first egg getting closer to the vent which leads me to believe a few days or less.

With the most common being 26 days. By FAR the most common.

Lets see. Going from memory at this point, as my records are at home. My shortes time I think was about 23 days. I've got a female that has gone at 29 days the past two years, I had one go a whopping 49 days, and lay a dead/infertile clutch, and I had a carpet python this year that had the pre lay shed on Thanksgiving day and layed on New Years (should be hatching any minute!)
