your boa is much too heavy bodied. Cay Caulkers are very thin. Your boa does have an odd look to it though. here is a pic of my Cay Caulker.

Definitely not a Tarahumara or sonoran, it doesn't appear to be a cay caulker, either. Looks like just a BCI, locality BCI are pretty hard to tell apart with the exception of the island forms and the sonorans/tarahumara. It could very well be a cross breed.

I'd say you have a very nice looking BCI.
