Just figured out why they call them Stinkpots.....

Well, we were changing some of the water on our musk turtle's tank today and she's about 2/12" (pretty sure it's a girl). I started thinking to myself, "So they banned turtles under 4" because kids would stick them in their mouths, huh?", so I fake to my wife like I'm going to put him in my mouth, well, she must've seen me with my mouth gaping and suddenly there was that pugent acrid smell, and let me tell those of you who haven't had the pleasure of smelling it, it's pretty stinky for such a little turtle.

In the story, although it can be assumed, it was the turtle and not my wife who made the "pugent, acrid smell" but I do feel that it should be mentioned [insert witty retort here], and that's about the gist of it.
