New Geyri!!!!

Nicki Feb 25, 2004 08:07 AM

Hi!

I'm really excited, I've got 2 new baby geyris! They are very cute. This is the red one. The other is mostly beige, but looks like it'll be a yellow. I bought them at a reptile show, but the beige one looks much thinner than it appeared when I was at the show. I soaked them last night for about 10-15 minutes, and have put them in their home. Hopefully the little one will eat and fatten up!

at the Mississauga Reptile Expo on Sunday? If so, I was there too. I checked out the uros too and found them to be in pretty good shape for reptile expo lizards. Every animal there was stressed, even Ra (I brought him with me to see Cindy, his breeder).

Too bad I didn't know you'd be there! I'd have liked to meet you and Ra! I left Spike and Lizzy (and the snakes) at home. They probably like it that way, too!

Are you going to be at the show in April? They're changing the location of it. My partner is scheduled to give a talk on newts and salamders, so I'm definitely planning to attend!

Have a great day, and say hi to Ra for us!

I'll be there in April. At the expo on Sunday, did you notice a girl with long blonde hair, wearing a green jacket with a dragon on the back, carrying a Mandarin Oranges box, accompanied by a tall, skinny guy with short, light brown hair? If you have, that was me and my fiance.
Maybe we can make plans to meet up at the next one. Hope to see you there

No, I don't remember seeing you there, but there were LOTS of people! I'm tall with red hair, and had on a short biege jacket, and my partner is a bit taller than I, older, and really hasn't got much hair left. Did you see us?

Definitely we'll have to meet up at the next show. If you're ever in Ottawa, let me know!

Here's a pic of my little Mali, Lizzy.

I haven't been to Ottawa in several years but if my travels take me down that way, I'll let you know. I don't recall seeing you either. Maybe we went at different times and missed each other?

That's a very beautiful looking female Mali you've got there. If you're thinking about breeding her someday, maybe we can get Ra and Lizzy together for a while and hope for some baby malis

See you in April
