looks to be an EXTREMELY yellow patternless! I guess that could be done through editing...but it doesn't look like it.

That is not a touched up photo, ProExotics is a very reputable dealer, and that may or might not be an animal they produced/sold...they sometimes have other peoples animals on their page.

marla Feb 26, 2004 02:15 PM

i would ask pro exotics, as that was their animal/photo. i have never seen an animal like that in person (though i do not doubt they could exist), so i would bet it would put you back quite a bit in terms of $$.

The picture must be around 2 years old.

Its a patternless. Pro Exotics was accused of using photoshop to enhance the photo. They adamantly state that it was a very nice patternless and they have a professional photographer that used good lighting. Pro Exotics got out of leopard geckos last year.

The best sources for high quality patternless would be Robin, Kelli, Marcia, and Wahberee.

I remember when that was going on, LOL! I have NEVER seen a patternless leo that bright, neon yellow... so, I guess it could be possible, but doubtful. Just my opinion.

i'm an ammature photographer myself. so i can say that it would be easy for a really good photographer to take a photo of a high quality patternless and have it come out like that, using lighting & filters. editing wouldn't have to have been involved, and pro exotics would be right- it would all be in the artistry of the photographer, not because of editing they did.
