I live in Arlington and have always used Dreda Essex with Frozen Rodent.com. Their prices and quality are very good. She and her husband live just south of the metroplex and even though they are not too far, I have them UPS me the rats with some dry ice and they always arrive the next day. The shipping is cheap becasue the rats are shipped regular ground UPS. You should have good luck with them. Their website is frozenrodent.com.

Would there be any way you can actually go and pick up the rodents from them instead of having them ship? That would help me a TON if it was possible.

They live in Hillsboro. I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you wanted to pick up an order. Maybe you could get them to meet you half way if your order is big enough. I'm sure they would work something out with you; they are very nice.
