I am looking to buy a 15 to 18 foot regular retic. What would be the average price. What would be the price difference between a male and female.
thanks

You might be able to find them for free if you search rescues or humane societies. But if you had to pay for one I'd say you could find big males for 150 to 200 and big females from 200 to 400. Those would be reasonable prices for a healthy, tame, normal phase adult retic.

My advice to you would be to obtain a juvenile female and feed her well and "grow" with her in terms of shaping a "relationship" of sorts with the snake. She will be to the sizes you are quoting here within 3 to 4 years if fed even mode3rately well. If you get an adult animal from some shmoe you might not know the history of the animal and who knows if it is healthy or docile or what.
