My 1st of 8 gravid emales just had deficated a waxy stool @ 10:30 pm E.S.T. She's now lying (45 mins later) with a HUGE bulge @ her vent.
I've had ALOT of babies,but NEVER once seen the birthing process.....in over 14 years! Bad odds,huh ?

from your description, your female sounds very close to parturition. Over the last 15 years, all my boa births have been at night. So put on a cup of coffee and enjoy! Best of luck. -Barry
