Many dragons don't drink from a bowl. Supposedly, they get most of their water from greens, but I always check to see if mine want a drink. I use an eyedropper.

Its O.K., Beardies get all the H2O they need from the veggies they eat. I never offer H2O to my Beardie accept for when she takes her bath every other week, and even then I have NEVER seen her drink. Having a water dish in their enclosure can actually be harmful, if there isn't enough space or ventilation. It can cause respiratory problems.

I really think it depends on the beardie. My beardies drink a lot about every 3-4 days when I offer water via dropper. One doesn't eat much veggies but the other eats a ton of veggies.

I have a very shallow waterdish by his basking log that he drinks out of almost everytime he steps in it. I also keep a dehumidifier in his tank to keep the humidity levels low (around 30 - 50 %). He seems pretty happy with it. I also keep a steady supply of greens, cubes, crix, supers, and waxies for when he gets hungry.
