Feeding frequency

Have a question for ya all:

My crested is young, only a few months old. He (guessing of course) eats about 4-6 small crickets a week and I also give him baby food/CGD. But- he won't eat the bf/CGD out of a bowl, so I have to syringe feed it to him all the time (he will lick it willingly off the syringe and my hand, but not from a bowl/flat dish). How often should I offer the bf/CGD? I've been trying for every other day, but some nights I'm too busy and forget. He's still growing, so I don't think having a few days between meals is hurting him, but thought I'd check here.

FEED THE BABY FOOD/CGD TWICE A WEEK AND LIVE PREY ONCE A WEEK . THATS WHAT WORKS BEST FOR ME AND IS ALSO RECOMENDED IN THE RHAC "BIBLE".
