i just opened my humid hide for my ball because he was shedding,,,and there are like 2 blisters on his belly,,,what should i do? some kind of ointment? will this go away?

Has he shed? is this the old skin or new?
I haven't had a snake belly rot as long as it had a dry, clean cage with the humid hide. Even my black ratsnake that LIVES in his water bowl.
I would suspect a burn first but pictures would really help.
