does anyone know where i could get some small glass tanks (like 2 1/2 gal) and tops, thanks.

well... i know petco and petsmart both have little 1 or 2 gal starter tanks for fish... but most of these are plastic. But i did find a couple that was glass... but it has a bight colored stand and cover....
I suggest you go look around these stores... i've seen a 5 gal glass one with nothing in it (ie light pump ect...) for like $8 before.
As for the cover... well i doubt you will find any besides the ones that come in the over priced kits and they are no good for reptiles usually.
