Someone is selling "pastel Sibblings" on classifieds for 100.00. If you bred them togeth is there a chancce pastels could be produced or is he just trying to attract attention to normals?

they are just normal ball pythons, but usually prettier, but there is nothing genetic going on

If the ad. says 'Pastels', then the vender must sell Pastels. Siblings mean that they come from the same parents. i.e. Brothers/sisters.
