Well, I figured out my mildew problem. My wife, roommate and myself were trying to save money on bills by only using the A/C at night. Well, I found out by talking to one of the smartest people on the planet, My dad, that the A/C actually sucks moisture out of the air, and helps to get rid of mildew.
So to all of those out there stumped by this problem... Run your AC and get a second job to pay for the higher bill...
Oh, and buy some better heating items for the critters...hehe
