Hatchling Help

I was wondering. After hatchlings have left the egg, do you put them back in the incubator at the same temp. and humidity? And do you leave them there until their yolk sack is absorbed?

I put them in a deli cup with moist paper towel and that I put back in the incubator. I place the tortoise with the yolk down. That is... with the tortoise on top of the yolk.
