This is a 6 year old male. He is a little over 6 feet long. I bought him at a reptile show for $35 in 1998. He is a great pet. Good luck with yours!

The Colombian or common redtail is a Bci (Boa constrictor imperator) and while there are several other localities of Bci, I'd say most of us have the Colombians. They're great pets and real beauties - I have 8 of them so you might say I'm biased. *grin* Congrats on your new addition!

Mine is a juvenile about 3' long. She is a sweetheart. Her name is Cleopatra.
