His beard will go black if he's mad or try to get warm. The circles I believe are also due his temperature

They do when they are alarmed or just showing off. It's not something you'll see often, but it's pretty startling when you do.
The White spots sound like fairly standard markings, they can have all kind if interesting patterns on their undersides as well as their tops. Cool animals.

Yes the black bearding will usually come with age, the older he gets the more he will do it. More than likely, you won't see very extreme black color (if any at all) until he is around breeding size. The pattern on his belly and throat is a pattern that appears when dragons are showing their dark color. Totally normal.

Thanks for the feedback everyone; I have read somewhere that the circles are from stress, but he is eating well, the temperatures are right on both sides of the tank (55 gal. setup), and he basks as he should. I just wanted to see if others thought the circles were stress, too; to me they look like normal markings.

This is the mom half of this name, btw; son posted first.. lol

This is Arnie, a 2 yr old male GG, his normal beard color is white, back color is irridescent opal shades. He is looking at the adult girls here and gets black to his vent area.
