Okay, I repent and ask forgiveness.....

Tomorrow I will empty my tanks, and replace the sand/eucalyptus substrate with repti-carpet in order to make it safer for my leos. I will also find the vet in Hampton and take Sara out to see him. I cannot stand here and have ANYONE on this board, whether its someone I consider a friend, or just a passer-by that only reads the boards when they're bored think my leos are disposible or unimportant to me. They are all I have right now, and I love them dearly... I will do what I have to do.

Jeff

It takes a lot to admit your wrong; I think you are on the right track now. Most times the people around here just want what’s best for your geckos, and their concern sometimes can be interpreted as a personal attack.

I too recommend ditching the sand, and taking your sick leo to a reptile vet. Now it’s time to ‘walk the walk’ like Marcia said. We’ll back you up, and I bet you will feel better about things when all is said and done.

Jeff, I am very happy to hear that you have made the right decision, not only for the little gecko, but yourself as well. I have the utmost respect for you, and will be pulling for your little one's recovery and health!
