When are beardies supposed to reach sexual maturity. And how am i supposed to keep my dragon from seeing himself, he keeps trying to interact with his reflection.

As with people it varies from 1&1/2 to 2 years for females is about right but there are always your early bloomers. Males are earlier. as for the reflection what I do is tape paper on the outside of the tank.

Females hit sexual maturity at around 8 months (not adulthood)
Males at around 6-7 months will start displaying (again not adulthood)

LOL.. my son posted this one, I didn't even see it until today.
Let me go on record saying.. since he's asking this question already (we've only had him a week!), he can no longer make fun of me for putting myself on a waiting list for a red female!
He keeps making fun of me for wanting to buy a 'not-born-yet' dragon.. LOL
