Those of you who have done it, know it...there's just nothing like the feeling of hatching out babies. Anyway, you can kinda catch up on these guys' story by reading through the thread below. When I came home from work I found one little one out of the egg exploring and the other two with heads out of eggs. Thanks Yasser for the coversation. You were right about everything, but especially so about one thing. IJ babies are super alert. My ball babies always seem to be in a fog for the first day or two, but this little guy is ready to roll. Anyway, I hope you all like the pics. I had to share my excitement with those who appreciate this. When I tell this stuff to just about everyone else in my life, besides my wife, I don't get much love...if you know what I mean. Thanks! BTW, this little one weighed in at 25 grams...is that about right?

How sweet!

"Whats happening, brother (or sister)?"

Babies first out of the egg box portrait...there will be more....

Wow! With the circumstances you had I would be elated that all three hatched!

I know exactly what you mean I have been telling people at school and work that I have IJCP eggs incubating. The only person who was even slighty interested was my Biology professor.

Congrats and keep posting pics of their development!

Very nice, when you tell most non-herpers about eggs hatching and new arrivals they have no appreciation what so ever.
By the way where did you get the plastic grid your eggs are setting on?

Sorry, I can for the life of me remember where I got it. I think I saw it at walmart as appart of a kitchen item, like a strainer or dish drainer or something, then cut and modified it to fit my eggbox. Just about anything similar will do. Just keep your eyes peeled at you local megalomart.....Thanks for the nice comments...

Its the stuff that goes in light fixtures in offices. You can get it at Home Depot or just about ANY home-building store. Its not cheap, but then again, it doesn't degrade (ie. it lasts FOREVER).

Been using it 1996, and I would never go back:

Congradulations! I very much look forward to the day I can report similar success to those of you who understand! Keep the pics coming!
