Hey Ray,

They have a Blanding relocation and breeding program here in DuPage county. They may stop this however because of the amount of money spent on each turtle(in excess of $1000 turtle) They radio tag and track there movements. I have an article that Mike sent me on Blandings turtle. There is not much effort however on the spotteds in Will. There are currently only about 300 turtles there. Most are adults and they are believed to be having trouble breeding.

Mike

P.S. We really need to get out this spring and summer to do some herping. You should come out by my moms its great.
