Tokay heating ?

alright I got my tokay, and its a 30 long , but I have it set verticle.I have a heat pad on the side of the tank. and its at 93 degrees. he uses it alot somtimes. im wondering is this to hot? and if he gets to hot will he move? or will he just sit there and burn himself?
any help will be much apprecaited.

I don't believe 93 is to hot but I'd watch out for it getting any hotter than that. I've never used a heat pad for Tokays but know directly under my heat source is close 100 and the Tokays will get close to it but have never burned themselves.

ok thank you very much, I turned the pad off and just put a light on him for now, since I wansnt to sure about the whole burning thing, since you breed tokays, ill ask you. what shots did you give yours? ( if yours WERE wild caught that is ) and how many dosages did they need? cost?
and do u have any sub adult-adult females you wanna sell??

All my Tokays are CB and to this day none have ever been treated for anything, sorry can't help you with that one. If you suspect anything or know their WC you should have them checked by a vet to make proper diagnosis and he will in return give you the proper medecine and dosages.
