Does anyone know if Flexwatt heat tape must be cut? Does it come in a big roll if I get 50 feet of it thus me having to cut it? Thanks.

I'm fairly sure you'd have to cut the lengths you want and wire them up.

Do you know absolutely positivley if you have to cut it? Or if it comes in foot sections pre-cut? Say 50 1 foot sections. Thanks

When you order it from anywhere, you usually order it by the foot. You say how many feet you need, they send you that many feet of it. Then you just cut it with a pair of scissors into the size sections you want.

Yes it comes in rolls. They are 25' long. At most places you do not have to order complete rolls. It is not big deal to cut it all you need is a pair of scissors.
