Crested Shed Problem! Help!!

my 5 month old crested is having trouble sheding its skin. It wont come off.

What can i do to help it out?? How can i get the skin off??

Hi,
If you bathe it (not it's head) in warm water that should get it all off.

Also increase the humidity in the cresties viv by spraying the viv and the gecko well next time it's shedding.

I ended up bathing it for a few hours and then used toothpicks to carefully remove the skin. The poor guy was motionless, and then when I started to remove the skin, the gecko was moving all over the place. It was liberated.

I mist the enclosure twice daily and this has never happened before. I hope it never happens again.
