I have bought a 'turtle block' from the herp store for a dollar. I take a small file and make some small shavings, with which I dust lentils or stuff in peas. Just a little bit makes the difference. Seems to be the best and easiest way to get them calcium quick and without hassle.

MBD sucks, and I don't want to worry about the effects of calcium-binding foods.
