Another update on Puff

aseret Feb 28, 2004 09:10 PM

Puff, the coccidic dragon, is doing quite well. His noticable hip bones have disappeared, and he is eating on his own. He hasnt eaten on his own in a couple of weeks, so he is relearning to hunt for crickets. He isnt eating a lot, but he hasnt ever been a huge eater. He still has a week to go before I take a fecal in, but there is a HUGE improvement. He is a LOT more active, too. He constantly wants to come out and play. He runs along the side of the cage when he wants out. He is doing SO much better.!!
Just thought I would leave an update!

thank you! He has been battling a very bad case of coccidia. I posted on it a while back, when he first got it. It was scary. But he is doing MUCH better and has become a ravenous little monster! I am so happy!
