ONE DAY AFTER and still okay!

cv768 Feb 28, 2004 11:28 PM

The little motley we force fed seems to be doing okay. At first it seemed to take her a while to digest the mouse but she's making progress and seems to have gained some strength. She's not dead yet and that's a bonus. Hopefully we can get her back on track. Everything seems fine so far...I guess only time will tell.

Thanks for everyone's help!

Good to hear. Every day is a bonus if you can get a couple meals digested into her.
I gotta ask....did you try a beheaded live pink? I know, gross. But I have seen it inspire stubborn hatchling corns. And it is easier than anoles. I have one named Countess(after the countess of bathory...thanks Erin for the reference) that still likes her meals bleeding all over. Though she is taking prekilled too sometimes. Weird snake.

Haven't we warned you about tampering with the structure of a chaotic system?

I hope that's a good sign Maybe she'll have enough strength now to get drinks on her own and maybe eat a head on her own next week Good luck!!!!
