Question regarding Goniurosaurus Luii

Teresa Feb 29, 2004 10:20 AM

Can anyone tell me if they know of different color morphs of the G. Luii? Most of the ones that we have are cream to orange bands with black spots on a dark (generally brown) background. However, we have three that we hatched out last year that are very light. The most extreme one having white bands between black lines with black spots on a very light gray (almost silver) background. We don't know if this is a common coloration as it is the first we have seen it (they have been getting lighter as they get older) so, we were just wondering if anyone could give some insight on this topic. Thanks for any help. Teresa

Hello, i have kept G. luii but havent bred them. But i recall reading (and seeing) that hatchlings are black and white and change to adult colours as they get older.
