I just wanted to show a photo of my "Safari":
Just curious how old that "Safari" is?By the way that is a beautiful snake!!!!!
I bought her last November 2003. I was told she was a yearling. She is eating 1 small rat a week or so. She is almost 4 foot.
I wondered, looks just a bit bigger than my yearling female.
His snake was a yearling last year! So now its almost 2 years old. In all likelyhood, its a full year older than yours.
Not to mention, although a lot of people have eggs or are hatching eggs now, the majority of Jungles do not hath in North America before May or June. Therefore, even though your may very well be a yearling, it could also only be 8 or 9 months old. Doesn't seem like much difference, but with the proper food and heat, you can double a Jungle's size at that age in 3 months. Easy.
Nice Jungles both of you! I never get tired of seeing ones like that!!
beautiful snake, and your dog in the background looks super snuggly =)
That's Ranger. I didn't realize he was in the photo until after I posted it. He's quite the couch potato ;0)
