"Newbie" skink question...

pspguy Feb 29, 2004 01:11 PM

OKay, I have 14 leopard geckos. A guy just came into my store, and needed to get rid of a skink. He had a thick accent, so I assumed he was calling it a "slider" skink, but since reading some posts, I'm wondering if it isn't a Schneider skink. Anyway, it is used to eating dry iguana food. What is the easiest way to get him back on his normal diet, or is this okay for him to eat?? Please advise.

Jeff

Jeff,

Schneider's skinks are primarily insectivores and I would feed them accordingly.
