Thanks for the pic. I have an 03 and I haven't seen a post of one in a long time. Mine keeps getting more yellow with each shed and I'm curious to see where he/she ends up. How old is yours?

i know a few other people with snakes name Gimli...where the name from?

The Lord of the Rings novels. Gimli is the dwarf. Draybar has a theme going. He's also got Arwen, and Legolas and I think Aragorn. Those names are also from the books.

Actually I used Strider instead of Aragorn.
I just liked the idea of a snake named "strider"
and of course there is Legoas as you mentioned. Another great name for a snake.
I also have Arwen, which you also mentioned.

and from the movies if you remember the barmaid that Sam ended up with I also have one named Rosie.
Sam and Rosie are actually my Bairds rat snakes.

I couldn't remember if it was Strider or Aragorn, but you are right. I like Strider better too. It's funny in an ironic way. If you read the books as well as watched the movie then you know there are about a billion names left to pick from.

I personally like name themes too. I have a cat named Druscilla, a corn named Cordelia, and rats named Darla, Willow, Gun and Harmony. If you aren't familar these are the names of charaters from Buffy the Vamp Slayer & Angel. It's cheesy but I always loved the shows. We've also had rats named Star, Moon, Pluto and Comet for a little space theme.
