Anyone catch their boas sleeping with their head sideways??

tcdrover Feb 29, 2004 09:54 PM

I just fed my female Guyanan about an hour ago. When I passed
by her cage right now her head was completely sideways. I
thought maybe something might be wrong because I've never
seen any of my boas do that, but she was just sleeping.

Anyone seen this in a non-pregnant boa?

Thanks,
tc

I do not have any Boas but I have a few Ball Pythons that sleep that way often. I was concerned when I saw it the first time but it is no big deal now.

sleeping on her back. Like you, I was very concerned at first, but soon discovered that she was jsut sleeping. I found my spotted sandboa doing this just yesterday.
