Introductions?

SeraphsDaddy Feb 29, 2004 10:05 PM

Got a question here: How close in size should any new female geckos I buy be to my current ones before I introduce them into the same tank. It just seems like there would be a large risk of adults eating new young hatchlings or babes, so how large should they be allowed to grow before introductions?

To rule out any risk of food dominace, they should be very close in size. Larger ones don't generally eat the babies, at least not in my experience. You just have to watch the fighting for food, beacause the largers ones WILL win, so try to get them the same size. Just to be safe.
