Clean-up after parasites

What is the best way to clean up after parasites- the vet couldnt say which parasite- just that he saw flagella.

I would suggest using 2 or more containers (rubbermaid shoebox containers?) and change out your gecko once, maybe twice a day for the next week so and of course change the bedding (paper towels} everytime you move them. I would also suggest using diposable hide boxes that you do not have to clean. You do not what to treat and then reinfect with the habitat. In terms of cleaning, it depends what you have. Whatever you use must be rinsed off completely. I have seen various suggestions throught the forum but personally I use a few different products. One is Wipe Out (can't remember if it is 1 or 3 but it is used for cleaning containers), rocal, or even diluted bleach (8 parts water to one part bleach) The bleach is my last choice although probably the most effective. Remember, it is important to let sit on affected area and then rinse completely, almost excessively. I am sure that someone may have other suggestions.
