Tigergenesis,
Louisiana Milksnakes and Scarlet Kingsnakes can live in 15qt tubs.

I've kept New Mexico milks (L.t.caelenops) in that size tub. Some Mexican milks (annulata) will live in that size tub as adults. It might depend on the strain/locale. Mine are small as adults, though I've seen a few females that would need a larger cage.
